NOTE - If you do not have QuickTime 4.0 properly installed, there is a possibility of Windows Media Player attempting to open the tour, and displaying sideways. Be sure that you have installed the latest version of QuickTime.

If it still doesn't work, you may need to associate the .MOV file name extension with QuickTime Player Application.

• Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
• Double-click Folder Options.
• Click on File Types Tab
• Locate the Extension MOV and set it to open with QuickTime Player Application.
• If it is not set to QuickTime Player Application click the Change button and highlight the QuickTime Player Application from the programs menu.
• If you can not find the QuickTime Player Application from the list of programs you have not properly installed the program. Please go to QuickTime and download it. Restart your computer and try again.
